Board of statutory auditors

The Board of Statutory Auditors has the task of supervising the Company’s compliance with the law, the bylaws and the principles of sound administration.

The Board of Statutory Auditors of OVS S.p.A. was appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting on May 29, 2026, and will remain in office until the approval of the Financial Statements as of January 31, 2029. It is composed of the following members:
