The Company's Board of Directors in office, having received the opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, pursuant to Article 154-bis of the TUF (Consolidated Law on Finance), has appointed Chief Financial Officer Mr. Nicola Perin as the Manager Responsible for Preparing the Company’s Financial Reports.
