CODE OF ETHICS
OVS S.p.A. identifies its corporate values in the Code of Ethics, highlighting all the rights, duties and responsibilities of all those working within it or collaborating with OVS S.p.A. (Employees, Partners, public administration, shareholders and any other person with whom contact is established).
ORGANIZATIONAL, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL
The Organizational, Management and Control Model sets a structured and organic system of rules including organizational, procedures and control activities, to inform all those who work in the name and / or on behalf of OVS S.p.A. on the need to align their behavior on principles of loyalty and fairness, as well as to prevent the risk of committing the crimes contemplated in the decree.
WHISTLEBLOWING
Pursuant to D.lgs.24/2023, OVS S.p.A. has adopted a procedure to comply with the regulation relating to Whistleblowing, which came into effect as of 15 July 2023.
We remind you that the report will be handled according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 and that there is the possibility of not indicating your identification data, both in the case of sending the report via the platform and in the case of a written report sent by registered mail to the President of the OdV (Organismo di Vigilanza). In the latter case, we suggest to insert the report in two closed envelopes, one envelope containing the data of the whistleblower, another envelope containing the report, both to be inserted into a third closed envelope which bears on the outside the wording "confidential" to the manager of the report.
