OVS S.p.A. is the main Italian clothing group for men, women and children, active also in the beauty and home decoration segments. It operates through a vertically integrated business model which covers the whole value chain, with a platform that hosts its own brands, which can satisfy a range of lifestyles and customers.
In 2024 the OVS Group, which has been listed on Euronext Milan since 2015, recorded sales of 1,631 million Euro and EBITDA of 195 million Euro. With a network of over 2,200 stores in Italy and abroad, most of which under the OVS and Upim names, the Group offers a wide range of own brands, including PIOMBO, OVS Kids, Blukids, Stefanel, Les Copains, Shaka and CROFF.
